Excellent customer service and extremely clean rooms. We stayed over a week, the amenities are clean and done to high standards. Best way to describe its like a 5 stars Hotel for a fraction of the price. Location is great and surround by nature!! The best retreat ever and highly advisable. Only recommendation is to book early as they are always pretty busy... Thanks for your warm welcome and your attention to detail. We will be back again 👍🏻

We spent four days with a group of friends with whom we've been running our "Autumn Camp" for over 25 years. We all loved it. When we opened the door, we found a clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated house with a variety of styles. It was equipped with a bathroom in each bedroom, plus one in the entrance hall, a living room/kitchen where we could gather around the table, comfortable mattresses, and a bathroom with everything we needed. Furthermore, Mari Luz (the house manager) was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. In a few days, you'll find our #digitaltip on our blog.

Our group reservation has been cancelled after it was confirmed and we paid the required amount. Reason: “overbooking” IMPORTANT⚠️ Don't take reservations for granted; they can cancel at any time.

With the reservation confirmed and everything arranged, they called to tell us it had been canceled. I've never had an experience like this before, and I don't like to leave negative reviews, but it seems unprofessional that a confirmed reservation would be canceled two weeks later due to "overbooking." If that were the case, I wouldn't have been able to make the reservation in the first place and would have looked for another option.
