Fantastic accommodation. Beautifully situated in the heart of nature with expansive views and within walking distance of the lake. The place is a true little paradise. The property is secure. It offers the peace and quiet of the countryside, a lovely swimming pool, and Lake Bolsena nearby. The accommodation is comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped; linens and towels are provided. We were welcomed by Vincenzo, a wonderful host, always attentive to our needs...this was our seventh year here, and we will definitely be back!

Surrounded by nature, quiet and with a fantastic view. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, and a functional kitchen. Despite the cool climate, our stay was pleasant thanks to the independent heating, which was turned on early by the owner Vincenzo, who made us feel at home and also gave us excellent suggestions for dinner. The garden is splendid. Reserved covered parking space. The location is ideal for day trips to the area's most interesting sites.
