CasaGiga 3378 (Borrastre)

A spectacular, peaceful accommodation with all the comforts. The owners were fantastic, adapting to our needs at all times. It was a nice touch to be able to check in early after a long trip from Granada. It was a real luxury to be able to leave the car on the premises for free. We went as a family with our small dog.

I'm very unhappy with this reservation. If you book through Airbnb and bring pets, be aware that they will make you pay an extra CASH FEE outside the app for pets, which wasn't specified in the reservation, and they will insist you pay it! My partner booked this place as a birthday gift for my parents and our pet; my parents ended up bringing their other pet. The booking was made through Airbnb, and the listing stated that they accepted PETS without any further details. The owner simply checked us in, and that was it. She never contacted us again; we were greeted by someone else who wasn't part of the reservation. I have to say that the house was wonderful, and everything worked perfectly. The problem arose when we were leaving: the owner demanded payment of a CASH supplement for the dogs outside the app, which is illegal since we had booked a reservation without any additional charge for animals. We called Airbnb, and they told us we shouldn't have to make this payment because it wasn't included in the reservation. When we were leaving, the woman who greeted us demanded this payment in a very rude manner, shouting at us and arguing that "she's very old and doesn't know anything," insisting we pay it for extra cleaning (even though we left the apartment clean...). We offered her an invoice for this payment, but she flatly refused. Finally, the owner contacted us to demand payment via Bizum, making the excuse that we hadn't informed her about the other dog, which SOMETIMES CHARGES FOR... and that as the owner, she has the right to charge whatever she wants. She seems to have forgotten that she also has responsibilities and, as an owner, must clearly state all charges in her listings and communicate better with her guests! We've left it up to Airbnb. We always travel with our dog, and when they charge a supplement, the websites specify it correctly and charge it when you make the reservation, as they should!

A fantastic place if you want to spend a weekend with friends in Ordesa.

You couldn't find a better place for a holiday. A beautiful spot. The owners, Pilar and her daughter Yoli, were very attentive and helpful. They gave us some produce they had grown themselves (tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and eggs). Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We just spent a few days there. A very peaceful and pleasant place, perfect location for getting around, and the family who runs it was lovely, especially Pilar; she was like one of our own! :) Hugs to the family!
