CasaGiga 2671 (Coulon)

Tucked into Coulon, the gateway to the Venise Verte in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, this cottage sleeps up to 14 guests across 6 bedrooms — a solid setup for large groups who want to share a home without feeling on top of each other. Some bedrooms naturally sleep two, so planning the room allocation in advance will help everyone settle in comfortably from the start. Day-to-day life for a group of 14 runs smoothly thanks to a dishwasher, a washing machine, and reliable WiFi — whether you're here for a family gathering or a team off-site. The pool becomes the natural meeting point in the late afternoon, and the games available on-site keep evenings lively without needing to pack anything extra. Outside, the Venise Verte sets a beautiful scene: canoe trips, boat rides along the canals, cycling through waterside meadows — there's always something to fill the time between moments of relaxed downtime. Coulon itself, close to Niort, also has the quiet charm of a classic riverside village worth exploring at a slower pace. This property suits a range of occasions: a multigenerational family get-together, a landmark birthday in a natural setting, a small-team seminar away from city noise, or an intimate wedding bringing loved ones together in a peaceful, unspoilt environment.
