CasaGiga 1844 (Langeac)

I wouldn't recommend this cottage in winter. It's a real house, but not very well insulated as described on the website. And while there are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, they really need replacing. As for the cleaning, which the owner claims is impeccable, it was barely adequate. The bedding was comfortable, and the house itself was pleasant.

What a cottage!! Comfortable and perfectly equipped for groups. Everything is there, the equipment, the atmosphere, the inserts for the mountain ambiance, in short, a real moment of happiness! The large table with barbecue under the lean-to is a very pleasant place. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the swimming pool, the temperature and the rain of the previous weeks did not allow a sufficient temperature but it is only postponed because we loved our stay in This CasaGiga. We were 7 adults but the place and the environment lends itself perfectly to family stays. We quickly felt like we were at home and it was wonderful. The Tonic Aventure activity center and the restaurant "o resto" in Langeac (10 min by car) are also to do!! Thank you to Patrick and Chantal for their welcome and trust. We hope to return one day to This CasaGiga for a next cousin reunion!

The cottage was fantastic, spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. An ideal place for a family getaway. We'd definitely come back.
