Warm welcome, friendly people , restaurant good. Room not good. Damp and smelled damp.

We discovered this inn during a long weekend. Let's be honest: the place has enormous potential. Perched on a hill, it offers a beautiful view, with magnificent weeping willows surrounding the parking lot. It's a shame that access to the terrace and restaurant is so unintuitive. We arrived around 7:45 p.m., after being warned by phone: "Not after 8 p.m., okay?" There were hardly any people there. The terrace, located near the pool, could be very pleasant. But we were immediately greeted by a strong smell of anise and the persistent din of customers seated at the bar and around the pool table. The young waiter, who had only been working there for a day, told us this right away. He was indeed fumbling around, between forgetting things, repeated requests, and running back and forth. That's not the worst of it. The pizzas, while admittedly modestly priced, were mediocre: extremely thin, barely crispy crust and minimal toppings. The wait for our food was long. But the worst part was the payment. No one seemed willing to take our money. Three people came and went, each unable to correctly identify the items or prices. We had to help them reconstruct the order, then watch as they tried several times to calculate a simple bill. All this took place amidst an increasingly loud and boisterous din from customers who seemed to have already consumed a lot. In short: mediocre food, disastrous organization, and a very noisy atmosphere. This is particularly regrettable because the location itself is beautiful.
A fantastic stay at Questa CasaGiga in Bourdeaux. Many thanks to Yohan for his incredibly accommodating and helpful welcome! There were 16 of us, and the place is perfectly suited for large groups. Plenty of space, a warm atmosphere, a beautiful setting, and above all, a swimming pool that we thoroughly enjoyed after our hikes. It's the perfect place for a holiday with friends. We'll gladly return.
We had a wonderful weekend with friends at the Questa CasaGiga. The place is quiet, very shady, and accessible by electric wheelchair.
