CasaGiga 2615 (Granada)

We stayed in one of the Albaicin flats and we cannot complain. The apartment is closed to amenities, town centre and tourist attractions. The place has everything you need for short stay. The host, Isidro, was very pleasant , flexible and accommodating. We will repeat.

An experience not to be repeated! We booked a room with a private bathroom a month and a half in advance on Airbnb, and the replies were already late! The day before our arrival, there was still no message with information about our stay, so we decided to write to them ourselves. This time, they kept us waiting; we tried calling but got no answer. We finally managed to speak to them, but they also told us they were overbooked... either we accepted a different room with a shared bathroom or they'd refund us! Finding a room at a reasonable price on the same day wasn't easy, so we decided to accept. They sent us the information to enter the house, but nothing else! We had to guess which bathroom it was, since there was only one bathroom with a toilet on our floor; there was no "shower," which we found in a bathroom downstairs. In the room, we found only two shower towels and no shower gel. We asked for the jacuzzi to be ready, and they confirmed it, but once again, the water was cold and quite dirty. There were no instructions whatsoever on how to turn it on, and obviously no one to ask. Not recommended due to the disorganization and lack of professionalism; the location has great potential!

Fantastic stay in this beautiful house right in the heart of Granada. The views are breathtaking, with a truly spectacular sunset. The service was excellent, the welcome was superb, and we were given a tour of the entire house. I would definitely return; thank you so much for this unforgettable weekend. I had the opportunity to stay in one of their apartments located in the Albaicín. Simply spectacular, without a doubt one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. I had my "fears" when booking since I'd never been in a place with shared areas before, and in this case, you have to experience it to understand. The common areas are a real treat; the living room with the fireplace is wonderful. I only ran into a few other guests one night, and it was an enriching experience. We shared some wine, and it was one of the things I enjoyed most about my trip to Granada. In my case, my apartment had a private bathroom and breathtaking views! I didn't need to visit any viewpoints since my own apartment had one. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was very well maintained. Isidro and Marcela's service was perfect; they explained everything brilliantly and even gave me several tips for my visit. I also asked to see their other accommodations since I'll be visiting Granada frequently for work, and I'll definitely be staying with them again. I was blown away by the decor and the impeccable taste that characterizes all their properties. I've found my home in Granada, thank you so much!

An unforgettable experience in Granada. Breathtaking views from our terrace overlooking the entire city center. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the place was spotless and tidy! A very welcoming place, close to everything: the Mirador de San Nicolás viewpoint, the Great Mosque, the Arab Quarter, the artisan market... You don't need a car at all. We will definitely be back. And I must emphasize how attentive and professional the staff were.
