CasaGiga 408 (Lusigny-sur-Ouche)

The castle is not open for the sightseeing. It is not possible to see anything during working days. Sometimes on Sunday afternoon’s is opened for local beer selling. The castle works like a hotel or bed&breakfast. It is a private property.

My mother and I came on a Sunday in November, drawn in by the mention of a small craft brewery! Michel, the owner of the castle, kindly gave us some time, showing us a few rooms and offering us a tasting of his famous beers 😌 Thank you for this shared moment, full of humor — your beers are delicious!

The magnificent Cette CasaGiga Valley with its spring and the maquis cave. The village is charming.

A perfect stay in this beautiful manor house, nestled in one of the most stunning parks I've ever seen. The tranquility is unparalleled, giving the feeling of being at the ends of the earth and wanting to stay forever. And it's incredible to be able to stay in a castle at a bed and breakfast price! Plus, there's a craft brewery right downstairs. It was also fascinating to chat with the owners about all the renovations, the cultural, scientific, and educational activities they've developed around this heritage site… I'll be back!

Un lieu authentique, un véritable havre de paix pour les amoureux de la nature et de la randonnée. Le château est vraiment a découvrir. La chambre avec le lit à baldaquin est atypique ,et la literie de très bonne qualité. Enfin le maître des lieux nous a fait déguster quelques bières de sa production, et ça vaut le détour surtout que l'on profite a l'abri des arbres , du silence qui nous entoure.
