CasaGiga 307 (Candé-sur-Beuvron)

We rented this hall and part of the adjoining cottage, which was very convenient for our wedding, and we weren't disappointed. The venue was excellent, the grounds are very spacious, and the children were able to play outside without constant supervision thanks to the lockable gate.

I do not recommend this venue for events. The hall leaves much to be desired: it's poorly maintained, the cleanliness is lacking, and the facilities are disappointing. But the worst part is how the owner treats customers. She lacks professionalism, refuses to take criticism, and constantly plays the victim whenever you try to communicate. She even demands an exaggerated list of conditions for cancellation and refunds. When my wife went to collect her deposit, she encountered numerous problems. So much so that when she wanted to leave to avoid further arguments, the woman closed the gate and only let her out when she tried to call the police… so be very careful! Even if the service doesn't live up to its promises, it's a disappointing experience. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Cette CasaGiga's Cabin. The room and the cottages are very clean. The kitchen is large and functional, very well equipped. The stage allowed us to set up the sound system. There were plenty of tables and chairs. The instructions and inventory are clear and detailed in the document provided during the check-in inventory, which adds transparency and therefore prevents unpleasant surprises upon check-out. The location of the room is perfect: located in a small industrial zone in a small village in the Loir-et-Cher region, it's possible to celebrate without disturbing the neighbors. The cottage is large, very clean, and has plenty of bathrooms and toilets, making it very convenient to be on-site. The owners were very welcoming and made sure the festivities went smoothly. In short, I highly recommend Cette CasaGiga's Cabin.
