CasaGiga 536 (Pampaneira)

Around 25 years ago I crashed my motorbike near Orgiva and was gracefully invited by the owner of a BnB in Pampaneira who cared for me in the best way possible despite soaking all the bed linen in blood. In the following days, we drove around several villages to find spare parts for my bike in an old Peugeot 205 that needed a bottle of water after every climb. The village is mesmerizing and the people made a lasting impression on me that stuck for the rest of my life. Would love to contact and book again if this person is still hosting here. The house is beautiful and everything was spotless. They were full of thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, shower gel, towels, a hairdryer, kitchenware, a Parcheesi board... the list is endless, they have everything. And Miguel was always very attentive, making sure our stay was exceptional. Definitely 100% recommended! 👍🏻👌🏻😍

100% recommended. Upon arrival, completely disoriented by the late afternoon darkness, Miguel (the owner) greeted us with warmth and kindness from the moment he appeared. His wonderful attitude and constant availability made for an extraordinary start. This helpfulness continued throughout our entire stay. The house is impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and has every imaginable amenity you might forget in your suitcase (shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, coffee, oil, etc.). He had already lit the fireplace to ensure the house was warm (a welcome touch, as we arrived in January, the middle of winter). He also provides recommendations for routes, places to visit, and restaurants. All we can do is recommend him to anyone looking for accommodation in the area and express our gratitude for everything. We're practically living here!

We had an amazing few days in Pampaneira and couldn't be happier with our choice of this rural house. Three young friends and I were looking to disconnect and explore the Alpujarra region, and the experience completely exceeded our expectations. The house is simply wonderful: beautiful, meticulously maintained, with fantastic and incredibly comfortable amenities. Perfect for a group of friends, feeling right at home, and enjoying both the accommodation and the surrounding area. And what can we say about the hosts… Miguel and his wife were delightful from the very first moment. They treated us wonderfully, always attentive, friendly, and willing to help us with anything. You can tell when someone puts love into what they do, and they conveyed that in every detail. We would definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

A typical Alpujarra house, clean and welcoming, and Miguel is incredibly friendly and attentive to everything you need. Highly recommended.
