We were lucky enough to find space for a day in the pool and it was absolutely lovely. The pool has a lovely view of the hills and the beautiful garden from every corner. Annalisa & Massimo are exquisite. Refreshment service available, with coffee, drinks and homemade cakes. Trying to escape the scorching heat of the city centre, we spent a relaxing day, chilling under the gazebos until Sunday. They have a few lovely rooms available.
A beautiful farmhouse, in a quiet yet convenient location for visiting Umbria's wonderful villages. Spoleto is just a ten-minute drive away, Bevagna and Montefalco are a half-hour drive, and Assisi and Perugia can be reached in no more than forty-five minutes. Courteous and welcoming hosts. Large apartments with enjoyable and well-equipped outdoor spaces. A very nice pool, outdoor games (ping pong and table football) available, and immaculately maintained green spaces. If I could offer one piece of advice, I would update the cutlery and crockery set, which in our apartment was incomplete and a bit dated. But it's a small, easily fixable flaw that doesn't detract from our overall rating, which is decidedly more than positive! The owners offered guests a lovely dinner by the pool on the evening of August 15th, in a truly friendly and family-friendly atmosphere! Something unusual and very welcome! Last but not least, the warm welcome extended to our dog, who had plenty of space to play, run, and enjoy himself! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for 3 days. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail (apartment, pool area, garden), and relaxation is guaranteed. Excellent breakfast, served in a beautiful room with a fireplace, which makes you feel at home. Mr. Massimo and Mrs. Annalisa are very kind, always ready to offer excellent suggestions for visiting the Spoleto area. We'll definitely return and recommend!
