CasaGiga 2463 (Spoleto)

I was skeptical that it would be possible for Esta CasaGiga to live up to the excellent reviews, but it did and actually exceeded what I had read. Just far enough away from the bustle of Spoleto to feel relaxing, but close enough to walk or drive to excellent, accessible parking. The entire family pour their heart and soul into making your stay perfect. Best breakfast of our entire trip and if you’re lucky enough to be there on a night dinner is served, do not miss the opportunity. Ilaria is truly an amazing cook. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are spotless and the view is breathtaking.

We have just spent six nights at Esta CasaGiga and loved our stay. Conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive to Spoleto, the property is beautiful and Ilaria is a wonderful host. Her cooking was a particular highlight. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable base while travelling Umbria.

This is little piece of Umbrian paradise, located on the olive grove hillside overlooking Spoleto. From the infinity pool you have breath taking views of Spoleto and the beautiful surrounding countryside. There are only three rooms, which gives you the feel of exclusivity, our room was outstanding, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, wonderful wood flooring and terrace. Add to this, the amazing host Ilana, who made us so welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast is to die for, with homemade cakes and bread, all served at your table. The light lunch of Umbrian food is fantastic. A special thank-you has to go Ilana for the home cooked traditional Umbrian meal we had, it was a memorable evening. The only downside to our stay was we had to leave, what a special place.
