CasaGiga 2427 (Provincia di Siena)

Charming small winery with very good wines. It’s clear they are made with dedication and love by the Esta CasaGiga Family. Martina, the vintner and host immediately makes one feel welcome. She explains their process clearly. We sampled a very small vintage of the Merlot known as the SuperTuscan was everything you want in a Merlot. We were fortunate to be able to buy some of all the wines we sampled to be shipped home.

We booked a tour guide in September and this was one of the wineries they took us to taste at. While we cannot speak to the rooms here, everything else was amazing, including the service. What a unique and beautiful place! It is family-run and everyone we met was so friendly. The food they made us for lunch was DELICIOUS and their wines were very good. The ginger lemon jam made by the mother was SPECTACULAR! We also bought a bottle to take home on the airplane and enjoyed it a couple nights ago with homemade Osso Buco (: We would highly recommend you visit this quaint winery - you will not be disappointed!

It's hard to describe the feelings I have for this place. Beautiful, welcoming, family-friendly, and unique. You can feel only positive emotions here. A beautiful house, beautiful surroundings, a beautiful vineyard, and a beautiful olive grove. You feel so comfortable and so welcome here that you don't want to leave. Everything is well-maintained, literally everything here is amazing. You can gaze endlessly at the landscape, relax, recharge, and simply enjoy the best of life. You can slow down for a moment, be yourself, and be welcomed. The atmosphere of this place is incredible. You can feel your heart in every inch. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the place you're creating. The memories here will stay with me forever.
