Very quiet, you'll receive a warm welcome from both the owner and the people who manage the rental. The house has old-world charm, a place full of memories.

The condition of the house was really bad and not at all as advertised; it was very poorly maintained. The house was very dirty upon arrival; there was still trash on the floor and in the bin, food scraps in the fridge, trash in the bathrooms, and insects everywhere. There was even a mousetrap in the kitchen cupboard. In the storage room, a section of the ceiling is simply missing (see photos), and the light on the terrace is broken, meaning you cannot really sit outside in the evening. This was not repaired. The windows are broken and covered in mold on the inside. The showers also all have mold. There is no sun protection on the windows, and there are no shutters, making it very hot in the bedrooms, yet you cannot open the windows due to their poor condition. Cables and pipes are exposed in various places, making it very unsafe to stay there with young children. We could not use the garden chairs outside due to their poor condition, and the jacuzzi was also out of order because the water was not cleaned. None of this was mentioned in the description. We contacted the owner several times. He had sent cleaning staff, but obviously that didn't solve the problem at all. They had only removed the cobwebs, and there were even dead insects in the crockery in the cupboards. We really didn't feel safe in this house. Our holiday was ruined because of it; we had to pay a lot for the house and received no compensation. It is very unfortunate, but it is not recommended as a place to stay.
